Customer submits a claim online (available 24/7) or calls 1-888-420-1181 during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM – 5 PM EST).
An administrator quickly connects with an authorized service technician to begin the claims process. Customers may also select a technician if approved. All work must be pre-authorized before repairs begin.
Covered repairs are completed by the authorized technician. Customer pays the $100 deductible. We pay the rest — up to the coverage limits for that system category.
Repairs carry a 90-day parts / 30-day labor guarantee. Same repair failure within that window: no additional deductible.
